Hermus CP streamlines the full flow of recipe development, specification management and labeling — from supplier input to finished product.

It all starts with supplier data. Ingredients and packaging are entered once via a structured template. These can be filled out by your team or by the supplier. Hermus guides the process with questionnaires, declarations, certificates and, if needed, approval flows. Not just the products, but the suppliers themselves receive a status based on the documents provided. The QA manager stays in control — with oversight and traceability.

Once validated, ingredients and packaging can be combined into materials. These form the building blocks of your recipes. In Hermus you can create, optimize and compare new variants quickly and without errors. The system calculates nutritional values, allergens, pricing and claims — always based on the most recent supplier data.

Next, recipes and packaging are linked to one or more finished products. Hermus also takes into account how you actually use the packaging — including what must be reported to authorities. Label generation, traceability and compliance are fully integrated.

All recipe versions are saved and can be compared. You instantly see the impact of a change. This makes it easy to switch ingredients in case of availability or quality issues.

And you always know exactly which supplier items ended up in which finished product. If there’s a quality alert, you instantly know the impact — and can act accordingly.
